Cancelling an order

You can cancel any time before the parcel is handed to the courier — write to us and we refund in full. Once it has shipped, use the return process below.

Returns and exchanges

Tell us within 7 days of delivery. The piece must be unworn and unwashed, with tags intact and in its original packing.

We cannot accept returns on items damaged by use, altered or tailored pieces, or innerwear, for hygiene reasons.

Wrong or damaged item

If we sent the wrong piece or it arrived damaged, tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We replace it or refund it in full, including any return shipping.

Refunds

Once the returned piece reaches us and passes a quick check, we start the refund within 3 working days. It reaches your original payment method in 5–7 working days, depending on your bank.
